About Us

For over two decades, Janice Marshall has managed a very successful business in the high-risk traffic control industry and continues to work in the industry to mentor and train. She spearheaded the safety culture within the organization and lead with professionalism and high standards creating teams and a work environment that was safe for all-  employees, clients and the public at large.  Not only did her leadership help grow the business but created a reputation of reliability and trust that clients relied on for their workers safety, something that has always been top priority.  She led and worked with her team to develop the internal safety practices and culture, resulting in very low incident and injuries,  winning the Workers' Compensation Board of Nova Scotia's Safest Company Award in 2009, this along with the respect of her peers, is testament to her success.

Her focus in life and in business has always been to do the right thing. With regards to the safety training industry, Janice leads with a passion for the safety of those on the frontline and will continue to focus on elevating the standards by which safety is achieved on the frontline. She has a proven track record for building strong safety-conscious teams.
